FORTISS 470™ is the new generation of 360° seam locked roofing system developed by Tata Steel Colors. The unique design of the clip and profile deliver excellent weather tightness performance. The system is the ideal choice for large industrial, commercial, and warehousing buildings, looking for bigger spans, better performance, a quick turnaround and customization.

Lesser cover width of 470mm, higher depth of 74mm and 360 degree seaming profile provides larger spanning capacity when compare to 600mm wide 360 degree SSP of same thickness

Being a standing seam roofing system, it does not require piercing or screwing

Assured Leak proofness

Bucket of 425mm width x 53mm deep Valley is huge enough to take care of the highest rain fall and also 360 degree seam will never allow any leakages through side laps

Specially designed roof clip

Floating system for easy thermal expansion and contraction

Low Maintenance

Being a Screw less roof system, major maintenance is not required except in flashing areas

Better walkability & Aesthetics

Profile having cross wise stiffeners at every 150mm which provides better grip and stability while walking on the profile. These stiffeners avoids the Oil Canning effect and provides good aesthetics when Colorbond ® sheets are used

Desired sheet lengths / onsite roll forming

Single sheet from eave to ridge ensuring complete leak proofness

New profile can be offered with 0.5 BMT with max 345 MPa

Higher strength in lower thickness, optimizing design requirements
